Delete your October account

Permanently delete your October account and its data. You do not need October Desktop or a paired phone. Sign in with the same method you use in October Mobile or Desktop (Apple, Google, GitHub, email link or password), then confirm. This page needs JavaScript to sign in; without it, email hey@october.dev from your account's email address.

What deleting your account does

• Deletes your October account (operated by Wega Labs), profile and settings, and the workspaces, canvases and hosted files you own. People you shared them with lose access.
• Deletes diagnostic reports you sent and the text of your assistant commands.
• Signs out and unlinks your paired phones and computers.
• Cancels any paid subscription immediately; paid features and remaining credits end straight away. No refund is issued automatically, and your refund rights are unchanged.

What we keep

Payment, purchase, refund and credit accounting records; purchase entitlement records including their email address; and AI usage records (account ID, model, timing, usage, billing) without prompts or responses. Deletion does not erase files on your own computers or copies held by AI providers you set up. See the privacy policy.

Signed in with Apple?

Deleting on the web does not remove October from your Apple ID. Open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → October → Stop Using, per Apple's instructions. Need help? Visit support.
